1. Returns Overview

At Lar Jewelry, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return or refund under certain conditions. Please read the following policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

2. Return Eligibility and Timeframe

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To start a return, please contact us at larjewelryshop@gmail.com within this period.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged, with all tags and certificates included if applicable.

3. Return Shipping

If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or any reason other than receiving the wrong or damaged product, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $50.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received the wrong item or your item arrived damaged or defective, Lar Jewelry will cover the return shipping cost. Please contact us immediately in these cases to arrange the return.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please allow up to 21 days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Customized and Personalized Products

Because our jewelry is often personalized to your specifications (such as custom inscriptions or designs), these items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or with an error made by Lar Jewelry.

If you receive a customized item with a mistake on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a return or replacement.

All original packaging and accompanying certificates must be returned with the item.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned, except in cases where there are defects, damage, or workmanship flaws.
